VST scan freezes on Melodyne VST

I have not installed anything new in the last several weeks. All of a sudden, SONAR freezes when scanning VSTs on the Melodyne dll file. WAV versus REX2 - which is better ?

I use a lots of loops (samples) when working in Sonar X2. Is there an advantage to WAV format versus RX2 ? Both seem to work equally as well for me, but wondering if one has some advantages over the other - i.e. quality, holds up better to editing (key changes, splitting, etc.) or other advantages. ..

Best workflow / tools for creating MP3s

Many projects I do end up with MP3s. I don't produce MP3 directly from Sonar because I usually run the output through Ozone for mastering. I have been using TAudioConverter to take the mastered WAVs into MP3s. That is very fast because TAudioConverter can do multi-tasking while processing many files..

Stereo BUS not showing pre / post fade selection or pan in console view
