I cant select any Input in the audio track. Please help!!! I'm New!!!

Problems with volume out of sync

If I make adjustments in Sonar it does change the volume, but the numbers are never in sync, and changing on the keyboard has no affect on Sonar. And my preset volumes in sonar are not being sent to the keyboard from the beginning. I'm not sure what to do. Thanks,Rich..
