Taking most advantage of SSD

I am getting a new PC today that should greatly improve my Sonar experience. This new computer is going to boot from a sold state drive, which is nice, but turns out I also own my own SSD which I can install as well. My question is: What would be the most beneficial thing to put on this non-boot SSD..
