VST Scan - 20 minutes and counting scanning a single plugin

VST Scan has been stuck scanning "IDR Mono" (a Waves dithering plugin, I believe) for 20 minutes now. What could be causing this?..

Exporting Mono Tracks - Panning an Issue?

I know when exporting stereo tracks my track panning is reflected in the exported track. But when exporting mono, can I just leave what's panned, panned, or do I need to center all the mono tracks first?..

Sonar X3 and WIndows 10?

I know Sonar Platinum works great with W10.I'm still with Sonar X3.... so should I upgrade my WIn 7 to WIn 10?Roland has already released Win 10 drivers for the quad capture which is my audio interface. Please advise, gentlemen :)..
