No midi events arriving at sonar platinum

Hi there, I am using the actual sonar platinum version (Kingston) and an Axiom 49 midi keyboard (usb). Kingston 'motorboating' when switching between 2 open projects.

Hi folks. Has anyone else noticed that sometimes when switching between two open projects in Kingston, upon pressing play it will just make a 'motorboat' sound, and you must stop and restart play to have it play as it should? Browser - Insert Synth (plus button) minor bug

Ignores option uncheck "Enable Midi Output". Since I never want 'enable midi output' it would be real nice if the add button followed the options set. I/O error?

When starting Platinum and as it is trying to enter the Start Screen, i get an error message saying "Encountered a hardware I/O error while accessing an unnamed file". What could be causing this?..
