New VST's Will Not Scan or Detect

Hello,I just started to have a problem after installing Kingston. PRV Changes - Where did snap to key - key set go?

Can someone tell me where this went? I can't find it. I can find snap time resolution... I used to be able to control the key so that notes snapped to the key and gray lines were notes not in key and you cntrl dragged notes into incidentals. Am I the only one who used this? Is it gone?..
