GUI lagging Problem

GUI ProblemThere's a huge problem about GUI,when I add about 24 audio track,the GUI seems remain only 2 Frame per second,every operation need's to wait about 0.5-1 second like zoom in,scroll up and down.I tried switched off the audio engine , no difference. Can't seem to launch Sonar Pro

I have a new computer so I went to the Cakewalk website to download the Commander then downloaded all my Sonar products but the Sonar Pro desktop icon will not open Sonar nor will the target in the file open it. I have never had this problem. Does anyone know how to fix this....I miss my Sonar !..
