Platinum start screen says currently offline

I used to be able to access tutorials from start screen now it says " you are currently offline please connect to the internet and try again " I am connected to the internet and no other concerns...

What will happen if I click "Update All" in CCC?

I've never used the Update All function in CCC. If I do, will I get multiple installs all over the place of existing synths, effects, etc.?..

Some questions about video in Sonar. Video with multiple audio tracks and other stuff...

So I'm figuring out a few more things in my video adventures. One thing today was about how an AVI file (and maybe other vid format files) can have multiple audio tracks associated with it and that certain programs (like DXtory) can extract those audio files out in various ways. Can I lock my audio drivers?

I use an Axe FX II XL for guitar recording. I use its analogue outputs for audio (at 44khz via my TC SK48), but it is also connected to my PC via USB for data control / editing functionality. Metronome not following Sapphire Pro time

Hello, for some reason, my metronome does not follow the tempo of my Sapphire Pro. It is completely off beat. I am using the Sapphire as my clock, perhaps I am missing a setting somewhere? Also, I have tried to change the tempo of a song by simply changing the tempo speed, but it only effects a few ..

Trigger FInger Pro, Windows 10, Sonar Platinum

Does anyone have this configuration working. I'm trying to get my new trigger Finger Pro setup with Sonar and nothing seems to be working except manually setting up each fader and knob (which sucks).
