No audio after exporting

I'm new to home recording/mixing, thus very inexperienced. I'm having a problem after I export my mix using Lame MP3 encoder. It shows up on my computer as an MP3 file, but when I try to play it nothing happens. It shows the song as being 0:00. Any advice?..

Exiting Jamaica Plain -> Teleport Server has stopped working

I may have encountered this before (and I usually did a reboot), but today, I got this message every time I exit Sonar. [Solved] Moving clips

So I took 4 measures out of a song and now I have 4 measures of blank space. So I simply just do "select all" then "From Now", I then drag all the clips to the right 4 measures over.
