no mute tool!!!!

where is my mute tool? It show up highlighted in the tool bar but does nothing when I try to mute a clip. extremely annoying when I am paying monthly for so called upgrades. Damn!!! Perhaps I am doing something wrong..

Problems scanning VST plugins

I installed a couple of Soundtoys plugins, but they didn't show up. When I opened Sonar, it says I have the same amount of plugins I had before I installed the Soundtoys plugins. Drum Replacer not showing up in Platinum Jamaica Plain

It seems I'm missing something, but when I select a drum track and go to Region FX, "Drum Replacer" is not there at all. I'm running Jamaica Plain, and thought this was installed in the main install. Is there something else I have to do?Thanks.Dave..
