If Win10/Sonar installed on partition on C drive w. projects on E can I switch from 7&10?

Not enough characters in the thread titles for the full question. My system is Win7 Pro which I am happy with but wouldn't mind checking out 10. Sonar (and Windows obviously) are on my C drive. [Solved] Start screen blank with no projects icons

Ipswich Platinum. In the first 3 or 4 days Start screen had some minor issues. Today when I open Splat in offline mode Start screen is blank with no projects icons. When I open Splat with on line connection Start sceen is all right. ????..
