Melodyne not working on my new Sonar Professional

Hello. I tried searching for this issue but apparently I'm just doing something wrong lol. So i just got Sonar Professional (Pay as you go) and made sure the version i purchased came with Melodyne. OF course it did and i downloaded the whole package. When i try to utilize the feature....its nowhere ..

Scale volume? For example, if I want to make a fade in in the middle of an audio track where the volume begins at "-inf" (minus infinity), and ends at 0.0? If so, which command would I try? [Solved] Export audio to Sony Vegas (Too fast audio after import)

Audio Library does not show folders moved to it (Ignore)

I am trying to move folders into the Audio Library folder. I have folders of acid loops I'd like to put into the loops folder or one shot folder. I can see these folders using Windows 7, but when using the browser withing sonar x3 producer, they are not visible. Is that Audio Library folder restrict..
