SPLAT hangs at launch...cakewalk not open

This month I have upgraded to Win10 for better driver support, upgraded to SPlat to hopefully fix some bugs and things just get worse. Now instead of the Sonar App hanging It just refuses to launch. It was working OK this afternoon but when the hang finally came, as it always does, it wouldn't launc..

VST Upsample Question (I feel like a newbie...)

odd behavior -- sonar sluggish 2nd time opening

Old project expands all tracks
