Platinum freezes after opening CWP, if hit record too soon

I have an MOTU Ultralite AVB sound card and sometimes the audio turns into a loud static. If I close and reopen Platinum then it goes away. [Solved] All Control Bar modules are missing in Platinum

Using W-10, have JP build and everything is up to date.
