Will Tascam US-366 work with Windows 10?

Problem getting SonarX1 to release the audio driver when the focus is not on Sonar!!!!!

When I use Sonar X1 I can only get sound when I am actually on the Sonar window. If I move to another app or window, I get no sound! It must not be releasing the audio driver but I cannot figure out how to fix it. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike..
