Can you purchase VocalSync separately?

VocalSync is really the only thing I would use if I upgraded to Platinum. I'm otherwise happy with Sonar Artist. Is it possible to purchase VocalSync as a separate item?..

hi everyone, i noticed today that i have an update called IPSWICH. when i try and download it from command center i'm told GOGGLE CHROME IS UNRESPONSIVE. does anyone know how i can fix this.of course, i have chrome open when i try and download the update...
