Rendering a Melodyne Clip Stops Audio Playback

I have been successfully applying Melodyne as a Region FX to clips to tweak pitch. Today it seems I can create the Region FX and tweak pitch, but when I render the clip all audio playback from any track ceases. I can undo the render and audio playback returns. Any ideas? Best Adrian..

Chord Track Tool (and big Thank you! to Mike from drumbot)

Hi all,I just upgraded to Snr X3 from X1 yesterday.
