Documentation and where is it?

Documentation, so I downloaded it from the CCC but can't find it. Searched the help from within Plat. Searched the hard drive for "Ipswich" , PDF and by date nothing related for a recent date. What's it called and where can it be found?..

New start menu

Is ti possible to set a different project folder in start menu? Every time I try to "open" I must go back from folders to folders... I use to store my projects, audio and picture cache into a specific hard disk, not the system one...

Concrete limiter issues - has the bug been fixed?
