Whose SONAR is constantly crashing?

At first when Windows 10 rolled in, everything was fine. Then came this Hopscotch or whatever upgrade then things started messing up. Latency sucked. Now Ipswitch.....SONAR crashes constantly. I am using a Windows 10, 16 gigs of RAM 8 core. and PLAY from East West. SONAR crashes after a few minutes...

Some of my favorite plugins don't work anymore with Sonar x3 to Professional

I have noticed that some of my plugins (Sonik Synth 2, Bandstand) don't work in Sonar now. Could it be that downloading the updates have corrupted Sonar? Maybe these plugins not compatible with Sonar? Funny, I had Cubase running on the same computer and these plugins were fine in Cubase!..
