Split multiple miditracks into sections and save?

I want to split all of my midi tracks ( in the song ) into Verse, chorus, section 1 2, yada yada...So I select each track at point A - Split tracks Go to Point B Split Tracks. Using VocalSync on a bunch of tracks (preferably comp takes) at once -- possible?

I have many takes -- in comping format, i.e. take tracks -- of the same vocal part -- so many that using VocalSync on each would take a long time. How export works? Low cpu usage while rendering

The question may seem strange, but each time I export a mp3 or a wave file, I monitor my cpu usage and it never exceed 30% ever. I wonder if this is normal, if something is bottlenecking the cpu or if there's something wrong. If the cpu could run at 100% I guess it would take way less time to render..
