How to delete self-created programs from DimPro Program Browser? (Resolved- press F5)

Restoring SONAR preferences/setup from retired system drive?

I've just rebuilt my workstation computer using brand-new SSD disks. I have my old system disk available to pull files from. Does anyone know if it is possible to retrieve my old SONAR preferences from the older disk and deploy them into my new SONAR environment?..
