is anyone using East West Hollywood Choirs with Sonar?

In short, I'm playing the choir part into a midi track ( piano, organ, pick an instrument ). When I copy the midi track ( with loads of gain ) into the "Play" folder and load hollywood choirs, the voices are barely audible. Any clue with this? ThanksWG..

Using Native Instruments Bandstand with CbB

Have encountered an issue in using Native Istruments "Bandstand" in CbB The Stand alone version plays on on my focusrite 2i2 however once I try using it as as 32bit VST within CbB the sound breaks up very badly and even if I change the buffers in the ASIO control panel to its largest amount the soun..

Bandlab and Melodyne ?

I picked up the new version of Bandlab Cakewalk, upgrading from Sonar 8, and Melodyne doesn't seem to be installed. V-Vocal from my old versions of Sonar shows up in Region FX. Is Melodyne included?..

CWAF Tool question?

Has the file format for Cakewalk by Bandlab first version changed at all from the last version of SONAR Plat? I ask because I edited the Cwaftool.ini file to force it support 24.04.1.xxx. Seems to be working OK, but am I going to regret this? Anyway, I never throw out wave files. Just move them off ..

Pops when turning effects on and off during playback?

Does anyone else have this problem? It would be nice if Sonar would ramp the volume for effects on/off switching...

Vocals processing

I have Sonar X3 and a bunch of hardware synths. I just recorded a vocal. Of course, it's never loud enough for the mix. I have read some excellent material in these pages, suggesting, ie, that I do 2 takes, and then, from one of them, make a clone. Then put all 3 together, with 2 and 3 panned maxima..

Something I Noticed

When looking at the "About Cakewalk" screen, I noticed in the lower right hand corner there is an expiration date. In this case, October of this year. I wonder if this means things are going to change in regards to the "free ride" we are getting. What date does your screen have??..
