Creating new MIDI clips on different takes than the first one

Re-installing X3 - easiest way?

I have to do a re-install of X3 and I want to know how to accomplish this that will cause the least amount of hassle - i.e. avoiding having to reinstall VST instruments and libraries (i.e. such as Addicive Drums, Dimension Pro, etc) if possible.I've never done this so sorry if this is a bit of a dum..

Time Signature
