Which folder to put Strum GS-2 in???

Good Morning! quick question for anyone. Just bought a new Lenovo Laptop (Windows 7pro) and setting up all the goodies. i'm having problems with the Applied Acoustics GS-2.dll file and where to put it??? i've tried c/ program files/cakewalk/vst and thats not working. (BTW, that is where the file is ..

Any easy way to freeze multiple tracks?(Duckbar crashes Sonar when I use Duckbar to do it)

I am at a point, if I don't freeze my tracks, it will not have enough CPU power for me to use Melodyne. Any quick way to freeze multiple tracks.. I have 25 tracks to work with... lot of plugins added, so freezing tracks will help me proceed further. Thanks..

Latency issue

I'm using Sonar Platinum. When I drag and drop a drum track, then try to record an audio track along side, I have significant delay. I get this even after turning everything off in the system tray. I'm running 16G RAM. Buffers = 4. Anything lower distorts the drum track. Any help?..
