Sonar x3 and windows 10

I keep getting this window popping up saying that I can update from my current windows 7 to windows 10 for free. Does anyone know if windows 10 is better or worse to run Sonar x3 on? I only use this computer for recording so I don't want to mess up it switching to 10 if there are going to be glitche..

Storing audio files in subfolders of the main "Audio" folder...

Would there be any disadvantages or potential problems in routing your projects' audio files to subfolders within the main "Audio" folder? writing a plugin

I am envisioning a tool to help with MIDI key velocity editing. I do a lot of work with "metrical accents" and wish to make that a separate layer that is measure-based and is summed with a basic track volume envelope. Is there a technical guide to aide with programming a plugin for Sonar?..

Upsampling from Foxboro

X3 creating buses and trackes alone.

when i'm working on my project after some time, a new track or bus is created. i never created those tracks/buses.i have to delete them. i think those are command binded. what keyboard command "ctrl+??" or whatever could create new track. maybe i just do those by accident. any idea anyone? ty..
