Help! Kontakt makes no sound in Sonar Platinum

So here is the deal. I have loaded Kontakt as a synth as i always do. I loaded Session Horns in Kontakt. I get sound from Kontakt using the virtual keyboard at the bottom of the window. Mysterious Crashes of Recent projects.

Sonar Platinum launching slowly

SONAR adding duplicate tracks; cutting sound

Hello, It seems that SONAR Pro is adding unwanted tracks. I have Cakewalk adding tracks I don't want. Additionally I see sound being metered but hear no sound.
