Exporting options

Im not too familiar with bit rates much. If u export with the 64bit option does it make the audio file better quality at all? also i have read songs are usually 41000 (i usually leave these alone) unless used with a video its 48000, is there any justification to export as 48000 instead of 41000 for ..

[Solved] Loops not importing

Recently purchased drum, guitar and saxophone loops from LOOP LOFT.Whenever I try to import them in Sonar X3, I get an error message and cannot import.The loops are in the WAV format.Can anyone help? Sonivox Plug In Trouble
