Auto fades when deleting a section of a clip

I spend a lot of time deleting silent sections of clips when preparing a new mix. I then create a small fade at the end of the left clip and the start of the right clip. I bought a waves multi-band compressor plug-in and Sonar Platinum doesn't find it when searching for new plug-ins....I've tried manually inserting the waves file into the VST folder but still no luck....TIA..

Tips on buying correct audio interface

Smart Tool on Drum pane

Why does click+drag behavior changes notes duration on drum pane? It is rarely needed to change drum notes duration. [SLOVED] Melodyne Audio to MIDI problem

I'm trying to use Melodyne to convert an audio clip to MIDI, and have 2 problems. (1) When I save it as a MIDI clip and then re-import it into the MIDI track, it is stretched - several measures longer than the original audio clip. How to use session drummer 3 flac files in drum replacer.

Hi guys, drum replacer is now compatible with the flac files session drummer 3 uses, the only problem I have is that when I click on the place to insert the sample, it opens up my folders but in the files of type box, it doesn't have flac files, is there any way to overcome this?..
