Sonar Platinum Latency Issue

Unable to get normalize menu

I am trying to normalize a clip and when I select process fx, I get the same menu as insert fx and do not have a normalize option. Display changes jerkier in SPlat than X2? (Sort of solved).

With the same project open in SPlat and X2 to Track view with about 8 tracks of waveform showing, if the project window is not maximized and I reposition it within Sonar, this is smooth in X2 and jerky in SPlat.
