Strum Session 2 SONAR Edition (Foxboro)

Now I've got crackling .... [SOLVED]

I don't think I've changed anything recently but suddenly I'm getting crackling all over my songs. Typically a song has up to 20 tracks with soft synths and a modest amount of effects. The crackling is even present on the intro with just one track playing but does seem to get worse with more tracks...

Audio WAV keeps moving out of sync!!!

When I record a vocal the wav file at first lines up when I press the space bar (stop) it renders to a difference place on the grid and wont sync up to where I first started voicing. I've been trying really hard to find a DAW that would support the way I want to work better than Sonar does for the last year.
