More Advanced Grid Layout / Snap?

It is probably possible, normally when I post a question someone works it out in ten seconds haha but this is something else that has bugged me for several years. So we all know we can add 'dotted' notes and triplets to the grid snap / grid layout. Is there a way to have more advanced grid layouts...

Drum Replacer - lag on bounce to clip
