Where are the samples for Drum Replacer

This seems like an incredible tool. I was able to do basic stuff with it in under 5 minutes and that's an accomplishment. I can see 4 samples for each lane and nothing more. In the demo vids the guy has 100's of samples to choose from. I tried to load samples from BFD3, AD2 and Battery but they just..

SOLVED: So exactly where does Drum Replacer get installed to?

Just downloaded and installed Drum Replacer...but it's a no show. It is not under the Region Effects tab (as advised by the CW video)...so where is it installed to and how does one open it? ThanksPS: just in case someone asks, yes I did re-start Sonar...

Meter question

On my Master Bus, I've changed the meter to RMS Peak but I don't understand the peak. Normally, Peak briefly holds the highest value reached before either falling or disappearing but with RMS Peak, the peak is always about 10 db or more higher than the highest value shown on the meter. How to quiet certain part of the bar (for a non-loop wave file) for next 5-7 bars?
