New install, unable to register Adict. Drums

I just purchased/upgraded to Sonar Pro, which came with an abbreviated version of addictive drums. Loading the XLR installer with the serial number supplied, it cont. to tell me that no registration number exists. Did I really not get addictive drums at all, just a demo version? That sucks. Anybody ..

Waves plugs not showing up

Studio Instruments files installed to (x86) folder during 64-bit installation...

Synth Presets Won't change.

Ok. What did I do? All of a sudden any synth vsti I load get's stuck on preset. I can change it while track is playing but snaps back to original preset when restarted?..
