Studio 8 suddenly locking up / freezing

Cakwalk has trouble closing down, and closing audio engine

I have a UA Apollo Twin USB and when i put Cakewalk to dont share audio driver with other program, it does not turn on the Audio for Window use after program exit. only solution to fix the problem is to restart Cakewalk and turn this feature on. Restarting of the Audio card does not fix the problem...

What parts of SPLAT are missing from CBB, that aren't already included in X3 Producer? Are there plugins and 3rd party features in Platinum that aren't currently in CBB that weren't already a part of X3 Producer? Thanks!..

How do you add a mod wheel to a track after it's been recorded?

Sonar Cakewalk Platinum: Steam version. The tracks that I'm currently recording are muted by default, but I want to add some mod-wheel dynamics. It's hard to do when the track is silent. Wha'do I do about that?..
