Asset Files

Hi all! I am embarrassed to ask this question. I turned auto save. Somewhere somehow I deleted some .cwp files and no back up. I see a bunch of asset files of the files I deleted. Any way I can restore those asset files? Thanks..

Sonar X3 - adding in Groove Monkee loops

A while ago I had to re-install Sonar X3 (Windows 7/64) and I forgot how to add in my Groove Monkee drum loops. I ran all the installers for the GM loops packages that I have. Manual start and end markers for mixdown

Is there any way of setting manual markers of where a final mixdown of a project should begin and end? I know it defaults to where Sonar thinks the project starts and ends, but I'd like to be able to set these parameters myself but can't figure out how...
