Meters during playback on a recordable track

Is there any way to make the (VU) metering system reflect the playback of the track when it is armed for recording? I can set the midi track and plugin soft.That is bounced for the audio file on track.That is able to choice the many of track that is pushing the CTRL+click of mouse.And It is clicked the track of tab on trackview.And then the choose track is converted to audio track from midi track through the plug..

Export mix, - too many file options to sift through

When I export a mix, there are way too many file options to choose from - wav, mp3, etc? Is there a way to thin out the options. For me I'd love 3 options - wav, mp3, and wav+mp3. Lanes got turned upside down?

Not sure when this happened... I had recorded a number of passes on a track and they were listed with the new at the top... The tracks were archived and hidden... A day later opening them up and now the lanes are stacked with the oldest on top... It's hard nough getting used to the new at top ..
