PRV scale snap: possible to designate different target scales within 1 modulating track?

Hi everyone, I have a 12 bar chord prgression which modulates to different keys a few times. Let's say that-- Bars 1-4 are in the key of C key, -- Bars 5-8 are in E, and -- Bars 9-12 are in Em. Using different softwares

Is there a way to transfer files between different software's so that all the different tracks stay separate? Comping MIDI

I find comping MIDI to be a pain. When you go to the PRV, it shows ALL notes from different take lanes even when one lane is playing. How can I just focus PRV to show the notes I have active instead of all the takes? Thank you...
