Delete Empty Measure, Drag Tempo Changes along with

So, if I have information in a measure I can delete it and close up the hole. However, I want to delete an empty measure and I want the tempo changes to slide over to fill in the hole. Is there a simple way to do this?..

Is it OK to delete C3 files after install?

After Command Center down loads files and stores them in the dl directory it always leaves them there after installing. I am starting to get a few GB of .exe files building up on my system drive and I would like to delete them. Will that Break anything?..

Mp3 endoder wont install. Shared Utilities folder missing?

I've just purchased the Mp3 encoder from the cakewalk store and when I try to install it, it says shared utilities folder is missing. Yet when I go into my hard drive/program files/cakewalk, I find the folder straight away. Any tips?..

Anyone Here Own a Roland TD-8?

I'm reviving my old Roland TD-8, and was hoping there might be an INS file somewhere in Sonar-land since there was not one 10 yrs ago when I last used this. Also, I'm having issues (which I don't think are Sonar issues) trying to make it respond to program changes. Any ideas?..
