Hiccups - Not pops or Crackles. How do I change the buffer?

On my system with the Roland ASIO Quad Capture, trying to play back with all the Fx on and latency set to 3 or 4, the play back and record does not crackle, but hiccups - stutters- millisecond skips. dragging many tracks

So I have about 80 tracks I need to move over to the left because I have some empty space. Question about drum maps and notes

I'm just getting into drum maps. And already I'm frustrated. When setting the in/out notes, you seem to only be able to set these with MIDI note numbers instead of pitch names. Is there any way to specify a pitch, e.g. G 3, instead of its note number?..
