Truncated midi notes when bouncing to track.

I'm using Sonar 3. I recently purchased a new computer and have never had this problem before. I am trying to bounce to track a crash symbol. And, instead of getting the entire crash sound, I'm just getting a portion of it - the sound cuts off right away. Any ideas on this. Thanks in advance...
