Workflow question: better way to find a track out 30+ tracks by name?

Scenario: working with 35+ tracks, some are in Folders, some are not.. Is there a way to locate a certain track to check on something very very quickly instead of eyeballing? In my mind, I want to do CTRL+F (like in google browser) and type in 'gtr_Lead' and find the lead guitar track... Thanks..

SONAR X3 no longer displays initial dialogue box when starting

Can I Upgrade Melodyne Essential?

I am really digging the DNA ability in the Editor edition. Can i upgrade the one included with Sonar which is kind of like a "lite" version? Also, if I can, when Cakewalk pushes updates, will it revert my Melodyne install back to the "lite" version Cakewalk gives? Thank you, Adam..

recovering from a crash

Search doesn't seem to find anything. SONAR crashed on me. I had been hitting save after every track but it still lost several hours of work.
