Cleaning up an Old Track

Hi I bought a ROLAND DUO CAPTURE, It came with sonar x1 se SOFTWARE. I got a track that was recorded long time in WAV. Is it possible clean up the hissing with the software or does this not work with tracks not done with the software ?..

How Can I export Audio track without inheriting maximum track length?

I have 10 tracks. Why Is ProTools Cheaper?

My apologies if this is the wrong forum, but the full version of Pro Tools is $24.99 vs Sonar Platinum which is $49.95 a month. Just wondering why Pro Tools is so much cheaper then Sonar. I thought they were always more expensive. Thank you,Adam..
