Odd Region FX issue

Hey guys, Here's an odd one for me. If I do a Region FX edit (say tuning something with Melodyne), it works as intended. If I bounce down the clip, and then think "ah, I need to do a bit more work on it" then I can no longer get the Region FX to activate. I've noticed that they'll work fine on anyth..

Possible Video Export Bug

I just touched up the audio for a video a friend took of his kid singing at a school talent show. He stopped the video pretty quickly after the performance. I used a clip fade at the end of the track. The thing I noticed on playback after export is the the subtle bow he takes at the end wasn't there..
