PRV Key switch timing

If I vertically drag-copy a note in the PRV down to be a key switch, it doesn't always take effect on that note. Sometimes it does but many times I have to advance the key switch to make sure it activates before the note. This may be normal, l don't know. Is there a way to insure that these inline k..

Playing on after stop

In the last couple of days Platinum now plays on for approx. 1.5 to 2 sec after I stop Playback. (and this not just the tails) Didn't we used to have a preference for turning on and off the "trails"? thx for any help rafone..
