Erroneous controller view in PRV Controller Pane

PRV, Controller pane, picks up controllers from some other place, but the windows shown illustrate what a buggy thing the PRV controller pane is. Phasing when sending track to a bus???

This behaviour is odd and unexpected. I have a (guitar) track which I send 100% to an FX bus. The bus has nothing on it, just playing straight to master. The original track playback is not muted. Command Center red green problem

Sonar Platinum- Can't export to wave file.

When I record my midi file to audio file, no problem. But when I want to export to a wave file it works some times in a row then quits exporting. I've tried changing from wave to Microsoft's wave file and it works some of the time. Now if I reboot and start over it will work fine for a few more time..
