How to? PRV note color

In sonar platinum, it appears that notes with a lower midi velocity get a lighter shade than notes with a higher velocity. While this might suit some users, I'd like to turn if off. I use shades of colors to distinguish tracks, not notes. Can't find anywhere in preferences how to change this behavio..

WARNING!!!! Read before using Command Center

something called "Command Center". Take note before using it: (1) it will not ask or warn about where to install , everything goes to C drive (2) it will NOT provide an Uninstall for installed programs. (3) if you have to uninstall, you are likely to lose parts of older working installation..
