display lagging behind sound

Dragging samples in to an Audio Track

I'm looking for some help trying to figure out why when I drag a WAV file onto an Audio track the sample is showing up way out on measure 1323 or even farther out. Rode NT1A With USB Mic Mate Too Loud?

So I finally get to use my Mic! It plays back fine but I noticed even when Set to Low On MXL Mic Mate It's shooting into Red on The Audio track? But in V-Vocal It' just PLAIN Distorted unless I hit the Bypass Button. Any way i can lower the Volume?!..

Inconsistent window behaviour: Select track, view in Event List and Piano Roll View

If the main window, select a track. Open PRV. It is labeled with the track name. Open Event List: it is labeled with the track number. There is no indication that these are views of the same track. Multiprocessing Engine

I'm having a problem with my settings in Sonar Platinum. I cannot save my setup with the "Use Multiprocessing Engine" checked. It works while the program is open but forgets at next startup. X1, X2 and X3 are all still working fine. I've tried running as administrator to see if that helps but no luc..

Does Sonar create temp. files?

I am working on a PC with Windows 7 and using sonar x1 studio. I have just noticed that 300Gb of space have been taken up by User/appdata/tempfiles. They all seem to have a long number description for each file. Is this something that gets created by sonar after having created many cakewalk projects..
