Download Assistance

I used the Command Center and downloaded my upgrade from X3 to Platinum. I have a slow Internet connection, so it took several sessions over a couple of days to get everything downloaded and installed. I now want to install Sonar Platinum on another system. Just happened today. Prochannel on both tracks and buses fail to populate correctly.

Just ran into this about half hour ago. I was working on a couple of templates. when I went to Prochannel from the tracks and busesI found some of the prochannel items fx wasn't populating and then gone from the pull down menu with only the name of what should be there. [Solved]Re install of Platinum? Help Please

Issue is: Cannot insert Rematrix Solo into pro channel presets-fatal crash everytime. But I was able to the first 2 or 3 weeks after initial install.CW Support is working on the mini dump I sent them but I am wondering if I should just re install platinum. I have not reall done anything major to it ..

{Resolvedish} Braintree - CAL Split Note to Track Broken

Edit: I rebooted the machine, worked on another project for a while, then went back the one I was working on earlier. Instead of setting the port to 3 (TTS-1) I left it on 1 and lo and behold it worked. I have no idea what fixed it or what broked it but I'm glad it's working again. Non-deterministic..
