Plug-In Stereo Image Issues (including Plus 10db plug-in)

I'm working on a new project and am having a bit of a problem. It seems some plug-ins on a stereo bus are causing the stereo image to shift. Slate VCC 2.0 issue...

I found an issue with Slate VCC 2.0 and ProChannel... When I insert VCC 2.0 in ProChannel, the plugin looks like it is on but the meter needle is not moving. I will then have to disable then re-enable to plugin for it to start working properly. If I load it in the FX bin the it works perfectly. has ..

Sonar Producer CD Format Question

I burned a CD to a WAV format from Sonar Producer. It plays of course on my MS based computer, my car stereo, but not on some CD players. What format should I use so it plays anywhere like a CD that I purchase? Thank you for the help...
