Using EZDrummer MIDI in AD2 with SONAR

I figured out where to put my EZDrummer MIDI files so AD2 can find them, but I can't get AD2 to display all the files on its Beats page even after refreshing. What happened to Cakewalk's dithering options?

When I go to export audio, all of the "Power" algorithms are missing. Were they licensed from third parties? Not that my ears can tell the difference, but is there a way to get these back into CbB?..
